But how much exercise do you really need as an individual? Some run on the treadmill for ten minutes while some jog at the barn for half an hour and still jogging. So we never know how much exercise that we really need. So what if you have someone to couch you on your exercise? What if that someone can couch you in a right anytime you want? Then wait no more. That someone is cheap to “hire”, that someone is accurate on the rates and that someone is the Sega Body trainer. This device is the perfect personal couch for your everyday exercising routine. The device is designed to measure your heart rate with an earlope clip, and plan according on what you should do next. It commands in text speech format via a headset, with spoken prompt such as – “let’s start warming” and &#8220;please exercise a little harder.” It’s a good gadget if you want to exercise your potential to the max. With something coaching you, you’ll be able to navigate where your exercise is going. I’m just hoping that they’ll record a feminine voice to do the speech, that’ll motivate me on exercising.</p>
