Toshiba running AMD

As we all know, AMD is the cheaper alternative to Intel processors but its speed is just not as fast. Toshiba is taking the opportunity, maybe to save some costs, to follow Dell and sell AMD base laptops in US and Europe. A general survey reveal that AMD base laptops generally sell about $80 cheaper compared to Intel laptops. The next Satellite model will most probably be based on AMD processors and we know they are coming out with a new Pocket PC based on that name too. So if you are an AMD fan or prefer a cheaper model, you might just want to hold on to your money for a little while longer.

How much are they going for?
