Amazing. Photoshop is almost as old as I am! (Well, if you add several years to its age). That’s over twenty years of pirated copies helping freelancers make a living helping companies manipulate graphics and designs to their and their clients’ advantage!
Hongkiat’s got the evolution of Photoshop rundown down pat, featuring not only snapshots of the application icons, but the welcome splashes, toolbars, and workspaces as well! See this (1988’s version 0.63!):

What’s your Photoshop story, dear readers? I started out relatively late with version 5.0, thanks to my frequent computer lab visits. Years later, I continue learning new ways of maximizing the application—even if it’s through regular reading of the numerous Photoshop-centric blogs that have sprouted online.
