Water-cooled Xbox 360

Want to get the best performance from your Xbox 360 (microsoft crap)? Then the only way is to hack it if you want to save some bucks. Check out this do it yourself Water-cooled Xbox 360 system.

Anyone who visits our forum will know Ive been working on this since last December. After many delays and distractions Ive finally managed to get it finished. Ill start by saying most of the time the noise from the 360 isnt too bad. Its comparable to a home PC or the first versions of the original Xbox and a little louder than the first PS2’s. For most people the noise level is fine but I’m easily irritated. When the 360 heats up and the fans speed up it becomes annoying.

What’s the big deal with water cooling your 360? I’ve let mine run for days on end and never had a problem. Now, i must admit, the air coming out the back after about 17hrs of playing oblivion was rather warm, but the console itself was cool. I know about 12 people who got a 360 and no one has had any problems with over heating. they have had other problems though.

ok. but its always better to cool down your xbox. Try playing in Malaysia right now. Its 32 degrees celsius and not everyone has aircon.
