		<description>No need for a Wii enabled treadmill!  Just put the Wii remote in your pocket and use any treadmill or elliptical trainer.  It&#039;s movement of the remote that moves you along the track, not that you&#039;re moving your arms in a running motion.  This technique works great!</description>
