No, but it’s the first one spottet “in the wild”, if it at all was spottet. All other known WinCE/WinMobile malwares have so far been “Proof of concept” lab rats.

Coincidence maybe; maybe not. Any solution to remove it? So, whoever got the print screen actually had his/her mobile infected with the virus? Considering the characters are in Chinese, so, does it affect English units?

Wow, spooky stuff Dan!! You probably believe in space ships too which means ET was phoning home on a Windows Mobile phone. Norton and McAfee have had mobile security out for a while now. Remember Bud Good is Mr. Big….lol

Indeed, and the sparce info on McAfees blog makes it even more suspicious.

I find very suspicious that in the same week that Norton and McAfee announces that their antivirus software is ready for mobile phones, that the first ever virus is found for WinCe devices.
