Herradura Apple Dura: Perfect for Fall

Orange liqueur and tequila?  Now I’m listening.  It definitely sounds different and I am willing to give this drink a shot.  The granny smith apple slice gives it that tart kick which I really love not to mention the apple juice which is just perfect for autumn.  Try this one out at home.

1.5 ounces Herradura Reposado
1.5 ounces orange liqueur
6 ounces apple juice

In a tall glass with ice, add the tequila, orange liqueur and apple juice. Stir and garnish with an apple slice.

2010 GMC Savana

Personally i don’t believe that the pickup truck is too versatile of a working vehicle. Do people really just throw stuff into the back and hope it doesn’t all fly out on the highway or get stolen? If you need a vehicle that will work as hard as you do you’ll be better off getting the 2010 GMC Savana. Also available as a passenger van, the Savana is the perfect tool for the construction site.
The Savana can work as hard as a pickup truck as it can tow 9,500 lbs. The Votec 4.6L V8 is a work horse. But it …read more

Video of the Day: Miranda’s Single Ladies

I was creeping around YouTube and I found this video.
Is this for real?
This is probably the most awkward thing I have ever seen in my life, yet so funny and so entertaining that I cannot turn away.
Is this girl a real singer or a comedian?  Does anybody know?  Please tell me!

Blow Things Up With Aquapod

I’m a chick.  I have no desire to blow things up or launch things through the air.  Well, when I was a kid I did.  But, I’ve grown out of that phase and I fully understand that not everyone has.
Enter, Aquapod.  Do you and your buddies enjoy blowing things up?  Did I even need to ask that?
Powered by water, this toy sends water bottles soaring to heights as high as 100 feet, much to the delight of your giddy children, or super drunk friends.  Manufactures for Aquapod, Great American Projects,  assert that they create and supply educational toys for children …read more

Primetime Girl on Girl Action

Beverly Hills 90210 just added Rumer Willis to the cast.  On top of that, she’s playing a lesbian.  Sorry, I’m not a big fan of Willis, actually I’m not a big fan of celeb offspring in general.  But what really ticks me off is television’s obsession with lesbians.
Hold on, there are nothing wrong with lesbians!  But, I do think there is something wrong with TV shows that are tanking using girl on girl action to boost ratings.  I know you know what I’m talking about.
Let’s examine the evidence.
Case #1:  Beverly Hills 90210
It’s no secret that ratings are slumping for …read more

Apple-Cran Toddy

Now that Autumn is here, so is the cold weather.  And just like you enjoy a ‘cold one’ on a hot summer’s day, you should do the same when it gets chilly.  A warm alcoholic beverage can really hit the spot on a cold day, so give this drink made with Tequila Herradura a shot.

1 medium sized cinnamon stick

2010 GMC Sierra Hybrid

GMC is challenging the Silverado’s supremacy in the pickup truck class by reinventing the new 2010 GMC Sierra Hybrid. Whoever said that owning a truck meant that you were killing the environment was wrong. Lets face it, if you you need a truck to get around or if you need a truck for your business, a minivan or compact car just won’t work.
The Sierra was designed for people who want to save on gas but who can’t afford to give up their big truck needs (though if you don’t need a truck you should give it up for a …read more

Video of the Day: Boy Sings Karaoke

What is the best part of this video?  Maybe the fact that I’m not sure if it’s okay to laugh.
But, I am anyways.  I’m not sure what’s funnier, that this guy actually thinks that he is a good singer, the Mariah Carey-esque flailing hand gestures, or the subtitles?  Oh man… I think it’s the subtitles.
But I must give credit where it is due.  My brilliant cousin Joseph has yet again introduced me to another youtube comedic gem.  I wish I could say that I discovered this, but my cousin and some three hundred million people are already well acquainted with …read more
