Uncover the Internet

Arrrghhh – Is My iPod Mini Out of Commission?

The last few times I’ve tried to update my iPod with iTunes I’ve gotten the following error.

iTunes-error

Is it dead? I’ve done a few restores and resets and can’t get it to sync. Although on one hand I’d welcome the need to buy a new 160GB version. On the other hand, I don’t have the $400 to buy it with just laying around.

I’m really behind on my podcasts and kind of irritating since I just bought a new car radio where I can attach the iPod directly.

Anyone that might have an idea of how I can revive it, please let me know.

You can swap the microdrive of your ipod for a Compact Flash cart with the same size, it has a lot of tutorial on the internet, if you need help let me know about

Did you ever get it to work? If not, try posting your question over at the iLounge:
