With just a few more days until the presidential elections in the United States, it may be time to learn a little bit more about some of the history of these United States of America.
The Heritage Foundation website has made it possible for you to get your own pocket sized copy of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence completely free.
Just visit The Heritage Foundation website and complete the online form to receive your copy today.
UPDATE: Although still being promoted by a few different media outlets, the web page is no longer clear on how to receive your free copy. The order form appears to only provide the ability to purchase a minimum order of 1 pack of 10 copies.

Nice idea, but when I try to sign up for my free copy it asks for a VISA number and how many 10-packs I want. What a rip.
I agree with weekenderman. Just today (1/7/09) I heard Sean Hannity tell me the website for my “free copy” of the U.S. Constitution. What gives??
weekenderman and Bob,
I too can no longer find where on the page or website you can order your free copy. It looks like the tough economy has hit The Heritage Foundation as well! =) I’ve updated the post to let people know the challenges.
If you look immediately above the Title where you can order a 10 pack for $$ there is small print that says “Click here to order one free copy of the pocket constitution…” I just ordered my copy for free and only had to submit my mailing address.
