		<description>Considering Congress can&#039;t possibly waste any more time having internet access, and maybe they&#039;ll even get things done faster so they can get back to check their myspace page, I think this is a great idea.

The issue is how to keep them from being swamped by 10 million @ replies every time they say something, not to mention from those outside their representative areas.</description>
