Surfing With Multiple Monitors

If you’re really addicted to the Internet, you may surf multiple pages at once. You know the problem I’m talking about. Hundreds of tabs open across multiple browser instances across multiple monitors.
If this sounds like you, you’re going to love the little application that was uncovered to me by someone commenting on my Microsoft Weblog.

Now if I can just find a program that will let me move a browser tab from one browser instance to another or open a tab into a completely new browser session.
Anyone got a solution for that for Internet Explorer 7?
