Do you ever get to the end of your day and wonder where all those minutes and hours went in your day?
What were you doing? Did you really spend that long on Facebook? eBay? Solitaire?
Maybe you’re being really productive and you need to know exactly how much time you were spending on developing that website.
RescueTime uncovers all of that information for you.

RescueTime is a web-based time-management tool that allows you to easily understand how you spend your time. One of the coolest things about RescueTime is that there is NO DATA ENTRY. You install a doohicky on your computer and we magically track all of your time usage. For more info, check out the product tour.

RescueTime sounds like a really interesting application. I wish could find out more information from their website on exactly what installing the “doohicky” involves. I’m not a big fan of adding yet one more application or service to run on my computer throughout the day. It would be interesting if it were a toolbar add-on or potentially integrated into what’s available within the operating system itself.
