One of the individuals I was honored to meet and make a friend of when I went out to SXSW a couple of years ago was Alex Hillman. I’ve been following him and his efforts with his coworking initiative taking place in Philadelphia at Independents Hall.

One of the more interesting applications I’ve been using lately is twitter. At first I didn’t really get it. I was already using IM and blogging and e-mail of course, so the ability to blast out a short little “tweet” about what I’m doing just seemed like a waste of time.
