It’s been awhile now since I first started struggling with trying to figure out why Yahoo! Mail always kept forgetting who I was when I would login and tell them specifically to remember me.
Now I can say that they do remember me and I’m not sure if it was really their fault to begin with anyway. I finally cleared all my cookies and cache setting, deleted my Google Bookmark that I was using and even switched my default browser from IE7 to Firefox back and forth a couple of times. Yahoo Mail Now Uses Lightbox to Preview Images

Maybe I haven’t clicked on an image attached to an email in my Yahoo! account for quite some time, but I think this is new.
Yahoo! Mail now uses the “lightbox” functionality and feature to let you preview and see image attachments in your e-mails. In the past I think I’ve always just clicked on file name itself and downloaded the images to view them, but bad aim this morning caused me to click the image itself and I got this preview.

One thing I’ve done from the beginning of my days on the Internet has been to take advantage of free e-mail addresses from places like Juno, Yahoo!, Hotmail and Gmail. One of the newest providers I’ve come across is GMX and I’ve been happy with them so far, even though I still don’t use them as a primary provider.
