What To Do With Leftovers – LeftOverChef.com

We’ve just come through the Thanksgiving holiday season and I know what the question is on everyone’s minds.

“What am I going to do with all this food?”

Actually my first question after Thursday’s meal was to my mom. I asked her when the turkey casserole was going to be available. She said Thursday so we’ll be seeing them again soon.

Once you get over the fact that we’re a gluttonous society and realize there’s no logical way to send all that food to a third world country, do something useful. You could contact your local homeless shelter or mission and see if they could do anything with it, if that doesn’t work then visit LeftOverChef.com, enter the ingredients you have available and let the magic begin.

Built out of frustration. Built out of exhaustion. LeftOverChef was conceived by Mark Kamensek and Robin Clark-Kamensek. Here you can not only browse our recipes, but you can search them with the ingredients you actually have on hand, not the ones you need to shop for!

How often have we all been frustrated by the wasteful practice of Tupperwaring left-overs, thinking you’re going to use them again, and then throwing them away a week, a month, or a year later because you never figured out what the heck to make with them? Far too often. Probably daily (unless you’re in college, in which case it’s every semester when the left-overs start to talk to you).

Does anyone know where I can get a good clothes rack exercise bike to work off a few pounds in the next couple of months?

I think this is a potentially great idea — now, how do I sign up to be on your site?
