Microsoft Windows Vista Kitchen?

Microsoft is developing their next vertical market with the use of Microsoft Surface Computers named Microsoft Kitchen (reported here and here).

Microsoft Kitchen includes family calendar, recipe center, entertaintment features, and shared bulletin board. It would be very cool to have different input mediums other than the keyboard and mouse especially when different scenarios need different methods of interaction.

You could not possibly imagine a mouse and keyboard inside your kitchen do you?

I would think that the operating system for whatever computer Microsoft is building for the Kitchen is Windows Vista. They may come up with Windows Vista Kitchen Edition for home users and Windows Vista Kitchen Enterprise Edition for Iron Chef America — just a thought.
