Just in case you’re one of those people who feel there’s something legitimately wrong with a certain aspect of the class you’re playing, there’s a chance that Blizzard is already working on fixing that issue. Of course it won’t hurt to give your feedback to the devs just in case it’s something they missed. In one of his forum posts, Ghostcrawler mentioned that they have class changes on the way that they’re working on.
We are going to be announcing some of our plans for classes in 3.1 fairly soon. The announcements will be prominent. They will not be comprehensive. We are not going to announce every change we are going to make. We are going to risk giving you some insight into a work in progress, even though we may ultimately decide not to make some of the changes. You guys can help me remind other players of that when they get angry because we didn’t deliver a change that they were “promised.”

So aside from the release of the Ulduar raid dungeon and I think dual specs, these yet to be announced class changes are more things to look forward to for the release of patch 3.1. I t seems like a lot of the changes that could be implemented could be related to PvP. This is hinted by quite a list of thoughts about mage PvP earlier in the thread which includes things like arcane having too much burst potential in PvP.
I just hope that you won’t be too disappointed if your class didn’t get as many buffs as the other classes. As Ghostcrwlaer said before, it’s not about the number of buffs but about what they feel need to be buffed. If it’s a legitimate concern, most likely it’s going to be addressed, though it may not necessarily be in the next patch.
