Compared to the netherweave bag or similar bags of its kind, it's the only bag that needs the dusts. Take the netherweave bag for example, you just need the cloth and the thread and no arcane dusts or anything. Of course sicne I don't have a high level tailor I wasn't exactly aware that everything tailors make at that level need the dusts as well so I guess everything became a bit harder to make. I guess this is their way of keeping the pairing between tailoring and enchanting more close knit than ever.
