Yes you have to since journeyman and expert riding are two different things. Journeyman teaches you to ride the epic ground mount while expert riding teaches you to ride the regular flying mount, which before this change you get at level 70 not 60.

If you’re a level 60 and just spent 600g for journeyman – do you have to spend another 600g for the new 3.2 level expert riding? I have a feeling i’m going to end up paying another 600g…
