On Lowbie Daily Quests

I was browsing some of the newer posts on WoW Insider just now and I encountered a post about someone suggesting that a few lowbie daily quests be added to the game. He argues that some existing low levels quests could be made into daily quests and would be a good source of money for the struggling lowbie. But Bornakk, the Blizzard CM shot down the idea.

While adding more quests to lower levels isn’t necessarily a bad idea, by continually going through all of the quests that are available and leveling with them, we haven’t seen any big issues with people building up money. Source

I sympathize with the poster who suggested this idea since I had a terrible problem making money while I was leveling my main character but that doesn’t mean I’m for his idea of lowbie daily quests. The whole point of having zones is to have a progression for your character so adding daily quests to lowbie zones will make players keep coming back even after being “finished” with the zone. The danger I see in adding daily quests for lowbies is not only the fact that you can go back to them at a much higher level but also by the same logic, someone can tag a high level friend along each time to breeze through these quests. While this does happen a lot nowadays for regular quests, being able to do it for quests that you can keep doing over and over again just seems too abusive.
