WOW Obsessed

PETA To Be Spoofed In WoTLK

After the information bomb that was just dropped about the WoTLK expansion, I wanted to learn a bit more so I started looking for more articles. This article entitled The WotLK Report 2008. If you have time, I recommend reading it. It has a lot of information about what to expect in the next expansion including what sort of things you’ll find in each zone in Northrend and how these zones look like.

Something funny caught my attention while scanning through the walls of text in page 6 of the article. It involves meeting a new organization that obviously was inspired by the People For Ethical Treatment Of Animals or PETA. It’s called D.E.H.T.A – the Druids for Ethical and Humane Treatment of Animals.

According to the report, the D.E.H.T.A is opposed to the practices of our friend hunter Hehmet Nesingwary and his expedition. I knew that Nesingwary had to upset some people eventually with the way he just hunts game the way he does. I wonder which side we players will be on in this feud? It’s possible that we could still be involved with Nesingwary and do another set of mastery quests or we could turn on him and help the D.E.H.T.A in their opposition against him.
