Share Your WoW Characters On Facebook

A few months ago I was introduced to Facebook, which as most of you probably know is a social networking website just like Myspace or Friendster. The one thing that I feel sets Facebook apart from the others is the availability of so many applications you can use to socialize with your friends. There are applications for performing various emotes on your friends, giving virtual gifts and so many more.

One of the things I immediately looked for after getting hooked with Facebook was if there was an application that had anything to do with World of Warcraft. Lo and behold there was! The WoW Characters application allowed you to post your toons on your profile while also having the options to show information about them like their level, class, server, stats, gear and a lot more. Of course this application taps into the information provided by the WoW armory. The only thing I don’t quite like about this application is that it never updates itself on its own. You have to press the update button each time you want the latest about your toons to show.

In spite of the problems, it’s still a nice application to have if you love using Facebook. Share away!
