It’s already been quite a while since Ulduar came out so some of the novelty of the dungeon has probably worn off for some people. Whether such is the case for you or not, the fact is that some guilds have already mowed their way through the content. I guess I’m not saying that it’s too easy but the fact is hard mode encounters for bosses in Ulduar are already being attempted and accomplished with at least some success.

While the introduction of the 10 man and 25 man versions for every raid in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion has been quite a success, it has also created some problems the game hasn’t really seen before.
