More details on new quest tracker feature

A new set of updates have been released into the patch 3.3 PTR recently and one thing caught my eye more than the other things listed. It seems like the new Quest Tracker feature which was supposed to come out in patch 3.2 will finally make it in patch 3.3. it didn’t make it before because there were some problems with it at the time and it just wasn’t ready for release. Better to have something come out late but working rather than early but broken right?

Built-in “Quest Helper” Removed From 3.2

After reading some of the updates to the patch 3.2 PTR notes, I found some quite disappointing news that was dated a few days ago. Again I’m late with a piece of PTR news but at least this time it’s not that bad. A while back we received news that there’s a new feature that Patch 3.2 is adding to the user interface that will act sort of like a Quest Helper. Built in “Quest Helper” added to UI in 3.2

I’m not sure why I missed it while I was scanning the new additions to the patch 3.2 notes yesterday but anyway I’m glad that they’re finally adding a quest helper of sorts to the game. For people who already have addons that do this, the addition of a built in version gives players a choice to stop using the addons or not. For those people who don’t use addons like this, it would definitely be of great help to get some assistance while questing.
