“WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010”
Bring it on! WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010 was released this week on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and Sony PSP. This is the eleventh installment in the WWE Smackdown franchise and is the follow-up to last year’s WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009.
I think that the main improvement since the last game is that it features some incredible create modes. The “Create-A-Superstar” and “Create-An-Entrance” modes are back but now they’ve added the “WWE Story Designer” mode and I have to say that it looks awesome.
Players will be able to create storylines based on WWE’s weekly shows and pay-per-views and will have over 100 different animations and 25 different locations to design each scene. The stars will actually speak from the script the player wrote (there is a limit to the number of characters that can appear in a scenario) and players can even control the subtitles (inputted through a controller or through a USB keyboard) and the actions the superstar performs.
The roster is really impressive and includes 60 wrestlers from Raw, SmackDown, ECW and a grab-bag of journeymen grapplers.
